Bill Harris Joins XTec's Board of Directors
MIAMI, Florida, January 24, 2000 -- XTec, Incorporated announced today that William Harris, Jr., President and CEO of X.com - a financial services Website that seamlessly integrates all aspects of banking and small business services - has joined its Board of Directors. Prior to joining X.com, Mr. Harris served as President and CEO of Intuit, and helped transform Intuit into an Internet services company. Mr. Harris is expected to play an integral role in all of XTec's E-Commerce and Web-based initiatives.
