Navy DON ActiveID Blanket Purchase Agreement
This contract is to establish a Department of Navy (DON) Enterprise Software License (ESL) Agreement with XTec, Incorporated as the single authorized reseller for HID Global middleware. The BPA allows components of the DON to have a single set of pre-negotiated end user license agreement, terms and conditions, and secure fixed prices at a discount for new licenses, support, and support renewals to be ordered over the life of the BPA.
